These purchase terms apply to orders submitted through kirvono.com. KIRVONO is operated by Beijing Shufan Hengxin Technology Co., Ltd.
Orders
By submitting an order, you confirm that the checkout information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Orders may be reviewed before fulfillment. We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect pricing, unavailable inventory, a technical error, legal restrictions, or another legitimate operational reason.
Product Information
We aim to describe products accurately. Minor differences in appearance may occur because of screen settings, lighting, or reasonable manufacturing variation.
Prices and Payment
Product prices, discounts, applicable shipping charges and taxes, and the final total are shown during checkout before submission. Available payment methods appear at checkout. Orders are subject to successful payment authorization and applicable security checks.
Processing and Shipping
Orders are normally processed within 2β4 business days after payment confirmation; processing may take up to 5 business days during holidays, promotions, or unusually busy periods. For standard shipping to supported U.S. destinations, estimated transit is generally 10β15 business days after dispatch. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Orders may be fulfilled from our facilities or designated partners depending on stock, product location, and destination.
Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to our Return Policy. After an approved return is received and inspected, an eligible refund is issued to the original payment method; our refund processing generally takes 5β10 business days.
Cancellation
Contact us promptly to request cancellation before fulfillment begins. We will make a reasonable effort to honor the request, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment or shipment has started. No cancellation fee is charged when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description, contact us with your order information and relevant photos or videos. After reviewing the circumstances, we will provide a reasonable replacement, refund, or return solution.
Promotions and Errors
