Tracking and Delays

We will review the available information and, where appropriate, work with the carrier or fulfillment partner on a reasonable next step.

Lost or Missing Packages

If a shipment appears lost, share your order number and any available tracking details. If tracking says “Delivered” but you cannot find the package, first check your mailbox, delivery area, reception desk, household members, neighbors, and carrier notices. If it remains missing, contact us so we can review the circumstances.

Shipping Addresses and Multiple Parcels

Please provide complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. Notify us promptly if you notice an error after ordering; an address change cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment or shipment has begun. An order may be divided into multiple parcels because of inventory availability or product location, with separate tracking information where available.
