Return Policy

This policy explains returns, refunds, order problems, and cancellation for KIRVONO purchases.

Return Window and Eligibility

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. For a standard return, an item should generally be unused and in its original condition, include its original parts and accessories, include original packaging where reasonably possible, and be accompanied by proof of purchase or relevant order information.

Requesting a Return

Contact service@kirvono.com before mailing an item. Include your order number, the item, the reason for returning it, and photos or videos where relevant. After your request is reviewed and approved, support will supply the appropriate return warehouse address and instructions. Do not automatically send items to our registered business address.

Return Shipping Costs

For eligible returns based on preference, a change of mind, or another reason unrelated to a product or fulfillment problem, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed because of the product or our fulfillment, we will provide an appropriate solution without requiring the customer to pay additional costs resulting from that error.

Inspection and Refund Timing

Returned items may be inspected on receipt to confirm eligibility. Once an approved return has been received and inspected, an eligible refund is issued to the original payment method. Our refund processing generally takes 5–10 business days; your bank or payment provider may need additional time to show the refund.

Problems With an Order

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description, contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Send your order number and relevant photographs or videos. Following review, we will provide a reasonable replacement, refund, or return solution suited to the circumstances.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us promptly. We will make a reasonable effort to process requests received before fulfillment begins, but cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfillment or shipping has started. No cancellation fee applies when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.
